You may feel as if your stress level has been elevated for several weeks and you are only now seeing it. When you observe this type of imbalance, compliment yourself! A secure person may tell when they are not feeling “themselves.” Take a step back from the commotion and question what has gone missing. Do you need to catch up on sleep? Do you need to incorporate a morning walk or yoga routine before settling in to work from home? If you’re currently unemployed, do you need to add structure to your life, such as a daily routine, to avoid feeling disoriented or depressed? When you see anything about yourself that needs to change, you’re already halfway through the battle.
